Larry, the girls and I are pleased to announcing that our dossier has gone to China for our 5th daughter. We are now waiting for what is called our LOA or Letter Of Acceptance. That will probably come in late winter or early spring. Even though we sent to China what is called a LOI, Letter Of Intent, telling them we wanted to adopt this specific child, they still send us a letter to sign again that we want her! We are so excited! Please join in our celebrating!
