Strep Throat

Yup, You read right, Strep Throat. Mya had been complaining a little about her throat hurting on and off since Sunday. Nothing major but every once in awhile she would complain. She was eating, drinking, playing, sleeping and not running a fever at all. I decided since we were coming up on the holiday with no Doctor's office open, we had better go in. The Dr. looked at her throat and said it really did not even look that red. She said, "Well, the holiday is coming up, Let's humor ourselves and swab for strep." Well sure enough, it came back positive. Who would have guessed?? So, we startedthe antibiotics today! Let's hope the other three or Mommy and Daddy don't get it!!
