I received this WONDERFUL cookbook for Christmas from my Dad and Mom!
I just love the beautiful pictures and easy instructions!
I decided tonight to make this recipe for Shanghai Fried Noodles!
Here's my recipe all spelled out for me and
here's all my ingredients!

As for our snow overnight.... we had a dusting by morning and now, Friday evening, we have maybe an inch! They kept talking about all the snow we were going to get. Well, it didn't happen here!!

Snow didn't happen for us either - they are spreading teh gloom and doom for tonight tho - which means a flurry!
