Not The Day I Planned But...

I had hoped to take the girls to the zoo today.  As I drove home from work at noon, my car thermometer was only reading 26 degrees.  I knew the zoo probably was not an option.  So instead, we went to McDonalds and got sundaes and the girls played on the play equipment.  They seemed to have a good time but it just wasn't what I was hoping for.  I think what I have planned tomorrow may be a better time for them!
