Mya's friends went to church with her today, had lunch with us and then it was time for parent pickup at 1:30. At 3:00 our very good friends arrived for more birthday celebration. Mya's request.....Chinese food!!
Out of my wonderful cook book I made my Shanghai Fried Noodles again....
and I added West Lake Beef Soup.
For those less into Chinese cuisine, I made ramon noodles and chicken noodle soup. A big pot of rice was of course on the menu. My friend bought cabbage wraps and we had tea too!!
Mya chose red velvet cupcakes for her dessert and every one seemed..
to enjoy the meal a lot!!
Throw in a present and I think Mya had a pretty good second day of birthday celebration!
