Saturday A.M, by 10:00, I had to be at Maylin's friend's house to pick her up from a sleepover. We drove a 1/2 hour back home and before lunch I rolled with paint what was Mya's old room and Ivy's new room. We ate lunch and then I did the trim work. Oh, how I hate doing the trim!! Sooo time consuming.
At 4:00 Mya's friend's began arriving for her birthday sleepover. Brusselsprout arrived home from work and moved Ivy's furniture out of her old room and into her new room. Ivy then began setting her room up. While they were moving, my vaccum ceased to suck up so I had to tear that apart and totally clean out! Yuck!! It now works like a charm though.
We ate dinner and then moved the twin bed in Katy's room to Aneyah and Fayth's room. Fayth was moving from a toddler bed to a twin bed and Aneyah was moving from the lower trundle to a regular bed. So we had to get Aneyah's bed and dresser out of the garage and get into their rooms and set them up. We also brought Katy's bed out of the garage too for her new bed and got her all set up!! I promise pictures once we get decorations up!
All the while we are doing this, Mya and her friends are playing, watching movies and seeming to have a blast. Here are pictures of the birthday girl! Her actual birthday is Monday and she will be 12. Today our friends come over for our family party and I am making Chinese! Wish me luck!
