Mongolian Vegetables made with tofu. Yum-Yum!
Brusselsprout and I dug into the kitchen together and were cutting up, mixing and frying up in the wok to make a delicious dish!
This is a recipe out of my new cookbook that I bought this week!
Results..... Fayth, Ivy, Mya, Brusselsprout and I LOVED it! Aneyah liked the vegetables but not the tofu and Katy and Maylin did not like any of it!
Nothing like camping under the table. For sure there are no weather worries and the best part... food and restroom close by!
