Happy Forever Family (Gotcha) Day Katy

Six years ago in the city of Siping, Province of Jilin, Country of China, Katy was placed with her forever family.  Katy was 2 years and 3 months old at the time of her adoption.  It is hard to believe how quickly time has gone by!  Katy is now 8 years old and going to be in the 3rd grade!
